This is really interesting, I'm glad to have come across it! I'm particularly drawn to the notion of 'relational infrastructures'. It reminds me of a book launch I went to last year at Pelican House in London for Radical Abundance, where the authors also talked about Barcelona as an important model for community building and power within a broader capitalist landscape. Anyway, great to read more about it here and to also think about what is and can be done here in the UK.
